Cardinals win National League Pennant

The St. Louis Cardinals are the 2011 National League Champions. The Cardinals beat up the Milwaukee Brewers 12-6 in game six as they clinched their 18th pennant in franchise history with a 4-2 series victory. St. Louis will host the Texas Rangers in game one of the World Series on Wednesday, October 19th. David Freese was named NLCS MVP as he recorded 3 home runs while hitting .545 in the series.
