NCAA Football Top Ten Recap

Notre Dame defeated USC Saturday night to clinch one half of the BCS National Championship Game. They will await the winner of the SEC Title Game.

Carlos Hyde ran for 146 yards and a touchdown in the Buckeyes win over the Wolverines. Ohio State finished the season 12-0, but due to NCAA sanctions cannot play for the BCS Title.

9. Texas A&M (10-2) 59, Missouri 29

“Johnny Football” Johnny Manziel threw for 372 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 67 yards and 2 touchdowns in an Aggie rout of the Tigers.

8. Stanford (10-2) 35, UCLA 17

Stepfan Taylor ran for 142 yards and 2 touchdowns in a rout of the Bruins. Stanford and UCLA will battle for the Pac 12 title this Friday night at Stanford.

7. LSU (10-2) 20, Arkansas 13

Odell Beckham caught 4 passes for 112 yards as the Tigers took a bite out of the Razorbacks.

5. Oregon (11-1) 48, Oregon St 24

De’Anthony Thomas ran for 122 yards and 3 touchdowns as the Ducks beat the Beavers in the Civil War.

4. Florida (11-1) 37, 10. Florida St (10-2) 26

Mike Gillislee ran for 140 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Gators chomped the Seminoles.

3. Georgia (11-1) 42, Georgia Tech 10

Aaron Murray threw for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Bulldogs chased away the Yellow Jackets.

2. Alabama (11-1) 49, Auburn 0

A.J. McCarron threw for 216 yards and 4 touchdowns as the Crimson Tide shut out the Tigers in the Iron Bowl.

1. Notre Dame (12-0) 22, USC 13

Theo Riddick ran for 146 yards and a touchdown as the Irish beat the Trojans. Notre Dame ends the regular season 12-0 and will play the winner of Alabama/Georgia for the BCS Title.
