NFC South Champions:

Atlanta Falcons (13-3)

Matt Ryan has lead the offense with 4,202 yards and 27 touchdowns.

Sean Weatherspoon has been a headache to offenses with 78 tackles, 3 sacks and an interception.

NFC West Champions:

San Francisco 49ers (11-4)

Frank Gore led the 49ers ground attack with 1,214 yards and 8 touchdowns.

Aldon Smith was a defensive terror with 66 tackles and 19.5 sacks.

NFC North Champions:

Green Bay Packers (11-5)

Randall Cobb has been an explosive weapon for the Packers. Cobb has 892 yards receiving and seven touchdowns and has filled the void left by Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson.

Morgan Burnett has controlled the secondary with 109 tackles, 2 sacks and 2 interceptions.

NFC East Champions:

Washington Redskins (10-6)

Robert Griffin III has become the quarterback the Redskins have been waiting for. Griffin threw for 3,200 yards and 20 touchdowns and ran for 815 yards and 7 tds.

London Fletcher’s veteran experience has led the Redskins defense with 139 tackles, 3 sacks and 5 interceptions.

AFC

AFC South Champions:

Houston Texans (12-4)

Andre Johnson has been Matt Schaubs’s favorite target with 93 catches for 1,360 yards and 4 touchdowns.

J.J. Watt has dominated offensive lines with 74 tackles, 19.5 sacks and 15 passes deflected.

AFC West Champions:

Denver Broncos (13-3)

Peyton Manning has returned in a big way for the Broncos. Manning has thrown for 4,016 yards and 31 touchdowns.

Wesley Woodyard has done it all for the Broncos defense this year. Woodyard has 105 tackles, 4 sacks and 3 interceptions.

AFC East Champions:

New England Patriots (12-4)

Tom Brady has had another stellar season throwing for 4,276 yards and 30 touchdowns.

Devin McCourty has been the Patriots defensive play maker with 73 tackles and 5 interceptions.

AFC North Champions:

Baltimore Ravens (10-6)

Ray Rice was the Ravens workhorse with 1,031 yards rushing and 9 touchdowns.

Bernard Pollard led the Ravens defense with 98 tackles, 2 sacks and an interception.
