NFC Championship Game

San Francisco 49ers (13-4-1) 28, Atlanta Falcons (14-4) 24

Frank Gore ran for 90 yards and two touchdowns and dominated the Falcons defense in the second half.

Vernon Davis had 5 catches for 106 yards and a touchdown and was Colin Kaepernick’s favorite target all afternoon.

Patrick Willis had 12 tackles and tortured anyone in a Falcons uniform.

AFC Championship

Baltimore Ravens (13-6) 28, New England Patriots (13-4) 13

Joe Flacco threw for 240 yards and 3 touchdowns as he punished the Patriots secondary all evening.

Anquan Boldin had 5 catches for 60 yards and 2 touchdowns and his two second half scores swung the momentum in the game.

Ray Lewis had 14 tackles and will be headed to the Super Bowl in his final season.
