Louisville National Champions

Louisville defeated Michigan 82-76, to become the best college basketball team in the nation.

Peyton Siva led the Cardinals with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

For the second consecutive game Luke Hancock was a spark off the bench scoring 22 points.

Rick Pitino is the first college coach to win a National Championship with two different schools, winning the other at Kentucky in 1996.
