The NFL has lost another star today. Junior Seau was found dead at his home this afternoon, he was only 43 years old. Seau was drafted by the Chargers with the 5th pick in the 1990 NFL Draft. He played 20 seasons for the Chargers, Dolphins and Patriots, recording 1,524 tackles, 56.5 sacks and 18 interceptions. Seau made 12 Pro Bowls and should be honored in Canton in a few years.
Chester McGlockton was pronounced dead Wednesday morning. McGlockton was the 16th overall pick in 1992 NFL draft by the Raiders and played 12 seasons in the NFL for the Raiders, Chiefs, Broncos and Jets. He had 481 career tackles and 51 sacks and made the Pro Bowl four times. He was currently in his second season as a Defensive Assistant for Stanford. Chester was only 42 years old.
